Just read about your fabulous organization and what you do for the children at Arnold Palmer Childrens Hospital, especially the brain tumor kids. My son is one of those kids and I can't tell you how blessed we are to have found Dr. Smith when we did. I can assure you that your generosity is very much appreciated and does not go unnoticed. Thank you for taking your talents and using them to make such a HUGE DIFFERENCE for kids like my son, Daniel. Events like these bring issues like childhood cancer to the attention of many and awareness means funding and funding means a cure.

I will do everything in my power to get to PCB in April and take part in this awesome event!!!! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This past weekend, JK and the Lost Boys, one of the bands that is part of the Rock by the Sea family, took time out of their busy schedule to visit with the children at Anchorage Children's Home in Panama City, FL. Rock 'n Role Model is a new RBTS intiative aimed at inspiring children in need through music. Each of the guys sat down in small groups to teach the kids chords and give basic guitar lessons while getting to know what types of music inspires and moves them.

Did we mention that Music4More donated four guitars to Anchorage Children's Home for this initiative? Pretty awesome, we must say.

After having a short guitar lesson and even a match of foosball, JK and the Lost Boys played two original songs and donated some CDs to Anchorage and the kids. Seeing the smiles on both the children and the band's faces was, in a word, epic.

Music truly is comfort food for the soul and we are eager to do this again. Not only was it a great experience for the kids, but this initiative allows our bands to see first-hand how their involvement in RBTS pays off. It is our hope that we get as many RBTS bands to participate and to bring smiles to as many children as possible.

Rock by the Sea and Anchorage Children’s Home today announced Rock ‘n Role Model, a new initiative that aims to inspire children through music. Rock by the Sea musicians will be visiting Anchorage Children’s Home where they will give music lessons and have songwriting sessions. One of the songs written during these visits will be performed at Rock by the Sea 6 in late April. More...

Community Focused Website Launched for Rock By The Sea

The new Rock By The Sea combines standard website features along with email and donations capabilities. Over the next few months we encourage our Social Media friends and followers to use your online personae to join this community. We will migrate from the Constant Contact email list and use the features in our new site to email our community members as news and events are updated.
